Criteria

  • Word count: 1200
  • Four files illustrating the campaign may be uploaded with your submission - they can be composite illustrations.  Most file types accepted are jpg jpeg tiff png gif pdf avi wmv mp4 and ppt.  These files may be used as illustrations should the campaign/s be shortlisted so please ensure that they are of the highest quality.
  • The same campaign may be entered into a maximum of THREE categories.
  • The exception to this condition of entry is where an entry also qualifies for the Best Use of Research, Measurement & Evaluation category.
  • There is no limit to the number of campaigns an organisation can enter – subject to the above condition.
  • Please ensure that the entry is written to the guidelines of the individual category.
  • Entries must specify the sponsorship budget.  Ideally, the judges need to know sponsorship fee and exploitation budget.
  • Campaigns need not be ongoing into 2024 but must have been active during 2023.
  • Judges decisions are final and feedback on individual entries can be given on request.
  • The entry will be judged purely on the information received within the entry.
  • Judges reserve the right to move entries into alternative categories if deemed appropriate.  Submissions evidencing effective use of research, for example, may be also be entered into the ‘Best Use of Research’ category. The same would apply to the 'Smaller Budget' category.
  • Entries will be read online and once submitted will all be viewed in the same typeface.
  • With the exception of the International Sponsorship, Football Sponsorship and Agency categories, campaigns must be activated primarily by UK-based organisations.
