Sponsors Sought For Open Garden Squares Weekend

Khan Consulting has been retained by the Open Garden Squares Weekend to source sponsorship for the event in 2011 and beyond. Organised by the London Parks & Garden Trust, the Open Garden Squares Weekend in June 2011 is a celebration of London’s green and historic spaces.
 
Participating venues range from the private garden squares of Chelsea and Kensington to cemeteries, prisons, community and herbal gardens. Val Burton, Co-ordinator for Open Garden Squares Weekend said, “Last year over 10,000 people came from near and far, on foot and on bicycles to participate in this celebration of the splendour and heritage of London’s garden squares.
 
We enjoyed three great years with Transport for London and we are now eagerly looking forward to exploring fresh avenues with our new partners.”
