Prem Bhatia Joins Phar Partnerships Board

As part of its expansion plans, Phar Partnerships has recruited Prem Bhatia to join its board. In addition to his role as MD of Phar in Asia, Prem will also play a role in growing the business outside of the region. 

Prem is an industry veteran in sports and entertainment marketing and has more than fifteen years of experience across television rights, talent management, sponsorship, event creation, and technology sales.  

Phar Partnerships has been in operation since January 2011 when it was set up by Marcus Wight, CEO and Nick Lockwood, MD.  It now has over 30 staff with offices in London, Singapore, Kuala Lumpar, Jakarta, Bangkok and Manila.  Chairman is Tony Fernandes, the founder of Airasia and owner of QPR and Caterham F1.
