The Passing Of Sport Business Group’s Kevin Roberts

The UK Sponsorship Awards team are saddened to learn of the passing of Kevin Roberts, founding editor and group editorial director for Sport Business Group. All of us would like to send our condolences to Kevin’s loved ones.

Highly charismatic and a popular figure in the sports industry, Kevin played a vital role in the evolution of Sport Business International over its 24-year history. When not cheering on his beloved Crystal Palace, he could also regularly be seen hosting sports panels and events around the world throughout his career. Riccardo Silva and Marco Auletta of SBG owner Silva International said “more than anything we will miss his wonderful sense of humour, energy and passion for sport.”
