Norwich City FC has appointed data-driven sports agency Two Circles to help the Club enhance fan engagement and increase commercial performance, including leveraging the Club’s digital assets.
With a passionate local fanbase, Norwich City is aiming to improve the way it engages with its fans on all levels by ensuring all marketing is led by customer insight. Two Circles will be assisting Norwich by building and implementing specific tools to analyse and enhance all methods of fan engagement. This includes working with the Club to design the future of its digital assets to better serve its fans both locally and globally, and realise commercial potential.
