IFM Sports Marketing Surveys Announces Clutch of Account Wins

Research group IFM Sports Marketing Surveys has notched up a number of account wins this week. First up is its appointment as Official Market Intelligence Agency for the Rugby World Cup 2011 taking place in New Zealand from September 9th to October 23rd. IFM SMS will provide all the official figures for the event on global media audiences and sponsor exposure, and the consumer impact of the event in the major rugby-playing nations.
In line with other major events, IFM SMS will work in collaboration with the Rights Holding Broadcasters and independent auditing agencies to assess the dedicated live, highlights and repeat programming audiences for the event across multi-media channels, including digital platforms such as online and mobile viewership.

Also added to its client roster is golf’s The Solheim Cup which has appointed IFM SMS as its Official Media Evaluation Agency for the upcoming 2011 event taking place at Killeen Castle in Ireland from September 23rd-25th. IFM SMS will provide all the official figures for the event on global TV, print and online audiences and sponsor exposure in the major golf-playing nations.

Lastly, the Football Association of Wales (FAW) has renewed the research group’s contract as its Official Research Agency for the upcoming 2011/12 season. Under the agreement IFM SMS will provide FAW with insight and feedback from research conducted among the FAW membership, Wales International Match-goers, and Welsh football fans in general.
