HSBC Premier Supports Oxford Literary Festival's Leadership Series

The Oxford Literary Festival new Leadership Series, a programme of themed business, finance and current affairs events featuring high profile international speakers, is to be supported by the Festival’s Global Banking Partner HSBC Premier.

Highlights will include American financial adviser, author and broadcaster Alvin Hall guiding visitors through the stock market and explaining how we can all get smarter with our money.

The series will also help to break down the barriers created by business jargon with guidance from Bell Pottinger Chairman Kevin Murray and journalist Tim Phillips; examine the success of introverted leadership with writer Susan Cain, whose book Quiet: The Power of Introverts has taken America by storm; and delve deep into the world of diplomacy with ex-Ambassador to Kabul, Sir Sherard Cowper-Coles.

Head of HSBC Premier UK Richard Knight said: “Oxford Literary Festival’s focus on encouraging discussion reflects our belief in the value of using literature as a way of making connections and stimulating debate across borders. By supporting the new Leadership Series in particular, we are able to offer our guests and employees access to leading names from the world of business in a prestigious setting.”

Oxford Literary Festival takes place from Saturday 24th March to Sunday 1st April, with more than 550 international speakers at more than 300 events in stunning University of Oxford venues.
