Fuse, Omnicom Media Group’s sport and entertainment agency, has appointed UEFA’s Tyson Henly to the newly created role of ‘Head of International Football’.
Henly, who is currently Head of Global Sponsor Management at UEFA, will join Fuse in August. His role will be to help develop the agency’s football portfolio which already includes all of the major global properties. The agency supports global client projects across FIFA World Cup, The Premier League, Africa Cup of Nations, UEFA Champions League, Europa League and the European Football Championships.
Fuse employs 50 people in the UK and 120 throughout Europe and clients include Vodafone, Standard Chartered, Gatorade, McDonald’s, Nissan, Renault, Carlsberg, Intel, Virgin Media, Waitrose, John Lewis, Starbucks, Pepsi, Specsavers and Visa.
Henly will bring with him more than 18 years’ experience in global football marketing and will report directly into Fuse’s Managing Director (EMEA) Mark Bullingham.
