eBay Appoints Generate For British Touring Car Championship Brief

eBay has appointed Generate Sponsorship to activate eBay Motors’ sponsorship of West Surrey Racing’s team in the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) following a three-way pitch process.

eBay Motors is the UK’s leading online automotive marketplace, attracting an average of more than 4 million unique viewers per week during Q1 2011.  This is its second season as official partner of WSR.

Generate will leverage the partnership, with the objective of promoting eBay Motors’ parts and accessories amongst the BTCC audience.  Activity will include a combination of experiential sampling activity, a PR campaign to drive awareness and a digital social media platform to engage motorsport fans in an eBay Motors competition.
