SPONSORSPARTNERS
Integrated marketing and design agency Earnest has launched Earnie, a standalone sports and sponsorship marketing specialist agency, which will supersede its existing sports and entertainment division.
Earnie, which will opens its doors for business today, aims to help rights holders and sponsors get closer to their audiences. In an increasingly competitive landscape Earnie will help clients join up data and insight with creative and channel delivery.
Alistair Gammell, Managing Director of Earnie, said: “Earnie has come about to help brands and sports get closer to their audiences and in turn, achieve real business returns. Rights holders need to use marketing to persuade fans more effectively, whilst sponsors have the opportunity to do more than drive traditional awareness. We are helping clients realise the potential to do things differently by joining up the engagement gap for fans and customers.
The newly formed sports and sponsorship marketing specialist will start life with an enviable list of current clients, which includes the England & Wales Cricket Board, Premiership Rugby, the International Cricket Council, British Champions Series (Racing), The Rugby Football League, The Jockey Club and the Rugby Players Association.
Earnie will retain the full support of its former parent company, Earnest, and the two agencies will continue to share its central London offices.
