Dite Appointed As Race Director For Cancer Research UK Boat Races

Michelle Dite takes up the position of Race Director for the Cancer Research UK Boat Races on June 1. Michelle will oversee all aspects of The Cancer Research UK Boat Races including the organisation, sponsorship, broadcast and logistics throughout the season.  Dite takes over from Ann-Louise Morgan, who after four years with The Boat Race Company,  has joined the Commonwealth Games Federation as Sport Services Manager.

Michelle started her sporting career as an England Hockey international and has a long history of delivering large-scale sports events. Career highlights include working for Fast Track, where she delivered the UKA televised events for 14 years and led the creation of a number of events including the Paralympic World Cup and School Games. In Michelle’s role as Head of Events at CSM Sport and Entertainment, Michelle was responsible for the event management and project delivery of the inaugural Invictus Games.
