Data As Enabler, Two Circles Conference Offers Insight Into Driving Commercial Returns

Data driven sports agency Two Circles last week staged its 4th Client Conference. Over 50 sports governing bodies and rights holders heard in depth presentations and analysis focusing in particular on the changing media landscape and the impact that data can have on driving commercial returns.

Two Circles' opening presentation ‘Growing faster than the Market’ was followed by Matthew Baxter, Chief Media Officer, Liverpool FC, who shared insight into monetising social media within club frameworks, and Tarquin McDonald, MD of Bath Rugby who presented new models for selling out stadia sustainably. Dominic Grainger, EMEA CEO of GroupM delivered a keynote presentation on what brands want from partnership opportunities with rights owners in a future that is now counted in months rather than years.
