CSM welcomes latest intake of interns to Grassroots programme

CSM Sport and Entertainment (CSM) is welcoming its latest intake of apprentices and interns who join the business as part of its Grassroots programme. Grassroots was launched globally in 2019 with the aim of finding the best entry-level talent to break into the industry through non-traditional routes. Th initiative has four pillars of Mentoring, Work Experience, Internships, and Apprenticeships and provides recruits with a clear pathway to establishing a career in the marketing industry. Building on a successful first year, this year saw a further 170 candidates apply to the Apprenticeship programme in London.

CSM has identified its six new apprentices and welcomes Daniella Annoh, Dennis Ly, Erica Ighavbota, Jesse McKenzie, Keiren Mullage and Manny Khan into the agency. They join CSM’s UK-based team, where they will have the chance to contribute to some of CSM’s work in the sport and entertainment sector.

Each new starter will gain hands on experience working across various client accounts, helping them develop a wide range of skills and setting them up for success in the world of work.

The Grassroots Work Experience programme will run in the summer, with applications open through the CSM careers page.
