CSM Sport & Entertainment Formalises Communications Offering

CSM Sport & Entertainment has established its communications offering as a formalised team for existing and potential clients. The offering is built around three pillars: Strategic Communications and Public Relations, Digital Communications and Communications Consultancy and will be led by Business Directors Scott Branch and Joe Laing.

CSM already has over 40 communications specialists across the globe, with key hubs in the UK, UAE, France, Hong Kong, USA, Germany and Brazil.

CSM’s current roster of clients that utilise its communications expertise include: Land Rover, UAE Team Emirates, Formula E, Sure, AIA, Hisense, Rajasthan Royals and Diageo whisky brand Talisker.

Scott Branch said: “Helping more brands and rights holders leverage their sport and entertainment platforms and engage audiences through strong and effective communications is, as we have seen in recent months, more vital than ever before.”

He continue: “CSM has been delivering best-in-class communications programmes for several years and our client base has continued to grow organically. With more and more clients coming to us on a communications first basis, it made sense to formalise our offering" 

The news comes as CSM announces it will be working with Umbro UK, which recently revealed it would become the Official Technical Kit Partner to England Rugby and Premiership Rugby side, Bristol Bears, as well as Official Technical Kit Partner to Williams Racing in F1.

Tasked with managing all communications, CSM is supporting Umbro UK’s reintroduction into rugby and will continue to provide strategic communications support, Press Office duties and to advise on social media.

More importantly, it is an opportunity for us to work with a brand with a rich heritage in sport and play a part in their future success.”
