Bath Rugby And Two Circles Join Forces

Bath Rugby has appointed Two Circles in a three year partnership to work with the club to help understand and manage its various customer data sets across the business, and enhance relationships and communications with supporters involved in activities at the club and in the community. Two Circles will provide a CRM solution that will enable the club to put Bath Rugby supporters at the centre of its communications and marketing strategy.

Two Circles will help Bath  improve customer engagement and ensure supporters are given a high quality experience across all the club’s touch-points, including match days. With a busy domestic and European rugby schedule for Bath this season, Two Circles will work with the club to help fill the Recreation Ground on a regular basis.
